During the Spring of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic closed school buildings and forced students into optional online learning. Profession-Based Learning programs with Cedar Valley CAPS in Northeast Iowa, members of the CAPS Network, innovated in how to continue their work in developing professionals.
Within this course are hour-long sessions that took place each Wednesday during the quarantine for high school students to learn professional skills and how to develop career exploration tools. They include interview skills, resume development and career conversations.
