Profession-Based Learning programs with Cedar Valley CAPS in Northeast Iowa, members of the CAPS Network, innovated in how to continue their work in developing professionals. Within this course are hour-long sessions that took place each Wednesday during the quarantine for high school students to learn professional skills and how to develop career exploration tools. They include interview skills, resume development and career conversations. As a follower of experiential and profession-based learning, utilize these video tools to help your students grow.
